"Non-Personal Information" is information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. It may include anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform types, submitted or generated preferences, and click counts.
"Personal Information" is information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. It may include your email address, name, postal address, mobile or landline telephone number, account credentials, and content preferences, including city selections, that you submit through the Site.
1. Information Collected Through Technology
You may be able to activate portions of the Service by providing only an email address. To use other portions, you may need to provide additional Personal Information, such as your name, address, telephone number, or content preferences.
When you view or use the Service, your browser or our application may automatically provide information such as the referring URL, browser type, device type, IP address, access date and time, and other usage or technical information.
We may collect this information using cookies. A cookie is a small text file that may contain a unique identifier and be stored on your device. Cookies help us collect usage information and remember preferences on an individual and aggregate basis. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
Website Usage Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring websites, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions.
We use this information for aggregate usage analytics to understand traffic and improve the Site and Service. We have disabled Google Signals and Google advertising features. We do not use analytics data for advertising, ad targeting, or ad personalization; combine it with other data to identify you by name; or sell it.
Google processes this information to provide analytics services to us. Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google's explanation of how it uses data from sites and apps that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Analytics Retention

Your Analytics Choices
You may install Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The Site and related portals are intended to remain usable when analytics cookies are blocked.
Analytics Scope
Google Analytics may operate on our marketing website, the Site, related service portals, and Innovi-AI mobile applications, including public portals through which users may view meeting videos, transcripts, or related records. We use analytics for usage and performance measurement so we can improve the experience. We do not intentionally send search queries, questions, or other text you type to Google Analytics, and we exclude URL query strings from collection where described in our implementation.
If a government customer enables its own Google Analytics for pages or listings it controls, usage information concerning visits to those pages may also be sent to that customer's Google Analytics account. That collection is controlled by the customer and is subject to the customer's disclosures and responsibilities.

Google and YouTube API Services
Certain Innovi-AI features may use YouTube API Services. With a customer's authorization, we may access the customer's YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl scope. We use that access only to: (1) read the channel's video list to identify meetings lacking compliant captions; and (2) upload accessibility caption tracks to those videos. We do not use this access to read unrelated private user data, alter video content, or post on a user's behalf.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer this data for advertising, use it for advertising, or permit humans to read it except with user consent, for security, to comply with applicable law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized.
We retain Google user data only as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant captioning service and delete it upon a valid request, subject to legal obligations.
Use of these features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may manage or revoke access through Google security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We may change this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by emailing the primary address associated with your Account or by placing a prominent notice on the Site.
